By engaging H&H Pest Control for pest control services, you ("Customer" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and H&H Pest Control ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
We provide professional pest control services including but not limited to:
Interior and exterior pest treatmentsTermite inspections and treatmentsRodent control and exclusionPreventive maintenance programsEmergency pest control services
Our services are subject to the following limitations:
Results may vary based on property conditions, pest severity, and environmental factorsMultiple treatments may be necessary for complete pest eliminationSome pest issues may require ongoing maintenance programs
Customer agrees to:
Provide safe and reasonable access to treatment areasEnsure pets and people are removed from treatment areas as directedNotify us of any changes in property access or contact informationProvide accurate information about pest issues and property conditions
Customer is responsible for:
Following all pre-treatment preparation instructionsRemoving or covering food, dishes, and personal items as directedEnsuring adequate ventilation in treatment areasMaintaining sanitary conditions that support treatment effectiveness
Customer must:
Follow all post-treatment safety instructionsKeep children and pets away from treated areas for specified time periodsReport any adverse reactions or concerns immediatelyAllow treatments to remain undisturbed for recommended time periods
Pricing is based on property size, treatment type, and service frequencyPrices are subject to change with 30 days' written noticeAdditional fees may apply for emergency services or special circumstances
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are madeWe accept cash, check, and major credit cardsA service charge may be applied to returned checksPast due accounts may be subject to collection efforts and additional fees
Recurring service agreements require 30 days' written notice to cancelPrepaid services are non-refundable except as required by lawContract terms and pricing are guaranteed for the duration of signed agreements
We guarantee our services subject to the following conditions:
Customer compliance with all preparation and post-treatment instructionsTimely notification of pest activity between scheduled servicesContinued access to necessary treatment areasMaintenance of sanitary conditions by the customer
Our warranty does not cover:
New pest infestations from external sourcesDamage caused by customer negligence or failure to follow instructionsPest issues resulting from structural problems or maintenance issuesPests introduced after treatment completion
Our liability is limited to:
Re-treatment of affected areas at no additional chargeRefund of fees paid for ineffective treatmentsOur total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim
We maintain appropriate business liability insurance. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
We are not liable for:
Pre-existing property damage or conditionsDamage caused by pest activityIndirect, consequential, or incidental damagesDamage resulting from customer's failure to follow instructions
We use EPA-approved pesticides applied by licensed professionalsMaterial Safety Data Sheets are available upon requestCustomers with chemical sensitivities must notify us prior to treatment
Pregnant women, elderly individuals, and those with health conditions should consult physicians before treatmentsCustomers must disclose any known allergies or health concernsWe recommend following all post-treatment ventilation and re-entry guidelines
Services may be cancelled with 24 hours' notice without penaltySame-day cancellations may be subject to service chargesEmergency services may have different cancellation policies
Refunds are provided at our discretion for unsatisfactory servicesRefunds are processed within 30 days of approved requestsPartial refunds may be provided for partially completed services
Complaints must be reported within 30 days of serviceWe will investigate all complaints promptly and fairlyResolution may include re-treatment, partial refund, or service credit
Any legal disputes will be resolved through:
Good faith negotiation between the partiesBinding arbitration in Cleveland County, North CarolinaApplication of North Carolina state law
H&H Pest Control maintains all required licenses and certifications for pest control services in North Carolina.
We comply with all federal, state, and local environmental regulations regarding pesticide use and disposal.
Customer information is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms with 30 days' written notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
We may modify or discontinue services with appropriate notice to affected customers.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any signed service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
